Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup sliced almonds
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts

  • 0.25 cup sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 0.5 cup raisins
  • 0.5 cup dried apple, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.5 cup apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, sliced almonds, chopped walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.

Step 2

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey, apple juice, and vanilla extract. Stir frequently until the honey is fully dissolved and the mixture is warm, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir well to evenly coat the oats and nuts with the honey mixture.
