Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh or frozen mixed fruit (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, kiwi)
  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup Fresh orange juice or apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Wash and prepare the fruit. If using large fruits like strawberries or mango, chop them into small pieces.

Step 2

In a blender, add the prepared fruit, Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version), honey or maple syrup, orange juice, and vanilla extract if using.

Step 3

Blend the mixture until smooth. You can leave some small chunks of fruit for added texture, if desired.

Step 4

Pour the fruit mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as it freezes.

Step 5

Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. If your mold doesn’t include a stick holder, cover the molds with aluminum foil and make small slits to hold the sticks in place.

Step 6

Place the molds into the freezer and let the pops freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.

Step 7

To remove the frozen fruit pops from the molds, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them.

Step 8

Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious, healthy frozen fruit pops!
