Directions

Layer the dry ingredients in an empty 1-liter mason jar in the following order: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, granulated sugar, rolled oats, chocolate chips, and walnuts, if using. Pack each layer tightly before adding the next to prevent shifting.
