  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the ingredients: finely dice the carrots, bell pepper, and green onions. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger. Have all ingredients ready to work quickly during cooking.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
