  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine buttermilk and hot sauce. Add chicken thighs and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for best flavor.

In a shallow dish, whisk together all-purpose flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
