  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 cup Red cabbage, thinly shredded
  • 2 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Start by making the avocado hummus: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a food processor.
