  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 dashes hot sauce (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Using a sharp knife, finely chop the salmon fillet into a minced, paste-like consistency. This step is important for binding the burgers together naturally.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced salmon, panko breadcrumbs, egg, green onion, dill, minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Gently mix with your hands or a spatula until fully combined.
