Ingredients

  • 1 ball (approximately 12 inches in diameter) Pizza dough
  • 6 whole Fresh figs
  • 2 medium Yellow onions
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 ounces Goat cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle and set aside.
