  • 3 pounds Pork loin roast
  • 2 cups Fresh cranberries

  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Place the pork loin roast in the bottom of your slow cooker.

In a medium bowl, mix the fresh cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, diced onion, minced garlic, dried rosemary, ground cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
