Ingredients

  • 15 oz can canned black beans
  • 15 oz can canned kidney beans
  • 15 oz can canned corn kernels

  • 1 small red onion

  • 2 large lime
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Drain and rinse the canned black beans and kidney beans thoroughly under cold water. Set aside to drain further.

Drain the canned corn kernels and set aside.

Step 3

Dice the red bell pepper into small cubes.

Finely chop the small red onion.
