  • 1 tablespoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Cook until the beef is browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat and transfer the beef to the crockpot.
