  • 0.25 teaspoon, optional red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 cup, grated, for garnish parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the turkey sausage links and cook until browned on all sides, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the sausages from the pot, slice them into rounds, and set aside.

In the same pot, add the diced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened and translucent.
