Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Tilapia fillets
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 4 sprigs Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons Paprika
  • 4 sheets Aluminum foil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Prepare 4 sheets of aluminum foil, each large enough to wrap one tilapia fillet with toppings.

Step 3

Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Step 4

Slice the lemon into thin rounds and set aside. Mince the garlic cloves.

Halve the cherry tomatoes, then set them aside in a mixing bowl.
