Ingredients

  • 120 g Peanut butter (natural, creamy or chunky)
  • 100 g Brown sugar
  • 2 units Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp Baking soda
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 100 g Chocolate chips (optional)
  • 50 g Raisins or dried cranberries (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, peanut butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Add the rolled oats, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients. Fold everything together with a spatula or spoon until well combined.
