  • 4 pieces Flounder fillets
  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 8 Toothpicks

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.

Using a vegetable peeler, slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin ribbons. You should aim for about 12-16 ribbons.
