  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh parsley
  • 4 pieces Lemon slices

Directions

Step 1

Pat the flounder filets dry with paper towels.

Step 2

In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, salt, and black pepper together.

Step 3

In another shallow bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until fully combined.

Step 4

Dredge each flounder filet in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Then dip it into the egg mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
