Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed of excess water
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain, lay them flat on a baking sheet, and brush lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.

In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the filling is smooth and well incorporated.

Spread about 2 cups of marinara sauce evenly over the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
