  • 60 grams All-purpose flour
  • 100 grams Ground almonds (almond meal)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 200 grams Milk chocolate

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the granulated sugar, light corn syrup, and heavy cream. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely and the mixture begins to simmer.
