Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground turkey
  • 0.75 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cups Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 medium Yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons Paprika
  • 0.5 cups Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk. Let them soak for 5 minutes while preparing the other ingredients.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, soaked breadcrumbs, eggs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix everything together using your hands or a large spoon until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.

Step 4

Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and press it gently to form an even layer.

Step 5

In a small bowl, prepare the glaze by mixing ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Spread half of the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

Step 6

Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Carefully remove it from the oven, spread the remaining glaze over the top, and return it to the oven.

Step 7

Continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 165°F (74°C) when checked with a meat thermometer.

Step 8

Allow the meatloaf to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
