  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 large Carrot, julienned
  • 1 large Red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
  • 4 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 4 cups Cooked jasmine rice (cooled)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the pork by thinly slicing it into bite-sized strips. In a medium bowl, toss the pork with the Chinese five spice and one tablespoon of soy sauce. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes while preparing the other ingredients.

Step 2

Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until it’s browned and cooked through, about 4-6 minutes. Remove the pork from the pan and set it aside on a plate.
