  • 0.25 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Water (optional, to thin the mixture)
  • 4 pieces Lemon wedges (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the fish under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Make three shallow slits on both sides of each fish to allow the seasoning to penetrate.
