  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil (optional, for baking or frying)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or prepare a skillet with vegetable oil for frying.

Cook the frozen fish fingers as per package instructions. If baking, place them on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. If frying, heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crisp.
