  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup sliced black olives
  • 0.25 cup jalapeños, sliced (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 bag tortilla chips (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the refried beans, softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Spread the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Sprinkle half of the shredded Mexican blend cheese evenly over the bean layer.
