In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until evenly combined.
On a large sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap, spread the meat mixture into a rectangular shape, approximately 10x12 inches and 1 inch thick.
Layer the fresh spinach leaves evenly over the meat mixture, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top of the spinach.
Using the parchment paper or plastic wrap to assist, carefully roll the meat mixture into a tight log, starting from one of the shorter sides. Pinch the edges and seams closed to seal the filling inside.
Transfer the meatloaf roll onto the cooking rack of the NuWave Flavorwave Oven, seam-side down.
In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce to make the glaze. Brush half of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf roll.
Set the NuWave Flavorwave Oven to 350°F and cook the meatloaf for 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes, brush the remaining glaze over the meatloaf and continue cooking for an additional 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Once cooked, carefully remove the meatloaf roll and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Slice into thick portions and serve warm.
