  • 0.33 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper on both sides. Let them rest at room temperature for 15 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
