  • 0.25 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large Eggs

  • 1 cup Dried figs, finely chopped
  • 0.75 cup Walnuts, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together with a hand or stand mixer on medium speed until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
