  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 0.5 lb Ground pork
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 large Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Salsa

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice.

Mix everything together gently with your hands or a wooden spoon until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatballs tender.
