  • 0.25 teaspoon Smoked paprika (for garnish)
  • 2 Cherry tomatoes, diced (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Place the eggs in a single layer in a large saucepan and cover them with water, about 1 inch above the eggs.

Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat, then remove the saucepan from the heat and cover it with a lid. Set a timer for 12 minutes.
