Directions

Step 1

If using fresh corn, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the corn and cook for 3-5 minutes. Remove from the pot and let cool. Once cooled, cut the kernels off the cob using a sharp knife. If using canned corn, drain it thoroughly and proceed to the next step.
