  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons (freshly squeezed, about 1 lime) Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the black beans, kidney beans, and corn kernels.
