Ingredients

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves
  • 8 oz shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 6 oz lump crab meat
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
