Ingredients

  • 3 pieces Eggs
  • 50 grams Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until the yolks and whites are fully combined.

Step 2

Add the milk, salt, and black pepper to the eggs and whisk again until well incorporated.

Step 3

Dice the fresh parsley and dill, and crumble the feta cheese. Set aside for later use.

Step 4

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Swirl the pan to coat the surface evenly.

Once the skillet is hot, pour in the egg mixture and let it cook undisturbed for 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to set.
