Directions

Step 1

Prepare the vegetables: Rinse and dry the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, and carrot. Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the cucumber into half-moons, dice the red bell pepper, and shred the carrot.
