Ingredients

  • 2 cups Strawberries
  • 2 cups Pineapple
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 3 pieces Kiwi
  • 1.5 cups Green grapes
  • 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 0.25 cup Orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh mint leaves

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and thoroughly dry all the fruits.

Step 2

Hull and quarter the strawberries, and add them to a large mixing bowl.

Step 3

Peel and dice the pineapple into bite-sized chunks, then add it to the bowl.

Add the blueberries to the bowl.

Step 5

Peel the kiwis, cut them into halves, and then slice them into half-moons. Add them to the bowl.
