Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the yellow onion and mince the garlic cloves.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
