Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Pita bread
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 5 pieces Radishes
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 15 grams Parsley
  • 10 grams Mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Sumac
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Cut the pita bread into small triangles or strips. Place them on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle 0.5 teaspoon of salt over the pita pieces. Toss to coat evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Set aside to cool.

Wash and dry all the vegetables.
