  • 2 pieces Pita bread
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 3 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 5 pieces Radishes
  • 3 stalks Green onions
  • 0.5 bunch Flat-leaf parsley
  • 0.5 bunch Fresh mint leaves
  • 4 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Sumac
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 piece Garlic clove

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the pita bread into small bite-sized squares or triangles. Arrange them on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Set aside to cool.
