Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add the frozen peas and cook for 2 minutes, or until tender. Drain and rinse the peas under cold water to stop the cooking process.

Step 2

Transfer the cooked peas to a food processor along with lime juice, garlic, cilantro, jalapeño, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
