  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 10 sheets Egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon (for sealing wrappers) Water
  • 1 short spray (optional, for crispiness) Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large skillet or wok over medium heat, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and chopped green onions. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are slightly softened.

Step 3

Add the grated ginger and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir well and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to release their flavors.

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch until smooth. Pour this mixture over the vegetable filling and stir to evenly coat the veggies.
