Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 large Egg whites
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar or sugar substitute
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 1 as needed Nonstick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2

In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
