  • 15 ounces, drained and rinsed canned kidney beans
  • 15 ounces, drained and rinsed canned pinto beans
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup, chopped fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1
