Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breasts into thin cutlets or cubes for faster cooking. Pat them dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, black pepper, paprika, and ground cumin.

Mince the garlic cloves and set aside. Thinly slice the zucchini into half-moon pieces and keep them ready.
