  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 0.25 cup crumbled cotija cheese (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Lightly fry the corn tortillas one at a time for about 1 minute per side until they are golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
