  • 4 pieces hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices prosciutto

  • 2 cups baby arugula
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (julienned)
  • 0.5 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the hoagie rolls horizontally, keeping one side attached to create a hinge. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
