  • 2 pounds Ground beef (85% lean)

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Yellow onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 cup Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar (for topping)
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard (for topping)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until ingredients are well incorporated but do not overmix.

Shape the meat mixture into a loaf that will fit inside your crock pot. Place the loaf into the bottom of the crock pot.
