  • 1 whole Lime
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Halve the Roma tomatoes, leaving the skins on, and place them cut side down in the skillet. Add the whole garlic cloves and the peeled and quartered yellow onion.
