  • 3 cups Shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 8 Flour tortillas (medium size)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, diced green chilies, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

Step 3

Spread a thin layer (about 1/2 cup) of the sour cream mixture on the bottom of the casserole dish to prevent sticking.
