  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage links and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside.

Step 2

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the diced sweet potatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften.
