Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 10 cups mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup candy corn
  • 1 cup mini pretzels (roughly crushed)
  • 0.25 cup fall-colored sprinkles
  • 1 as needed nonstick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

Step 2

In a large saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.

Step 3

Add the mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir continuously until the marshmallows are completely melted and smooth.

Step 4

Remove the saucepan from the heat and immediately stir in the Rice Krispies cereal. Mix until the cereal is evenly coated with the melted marshmallows.

Step 5

Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, candy corn, crushed mini pretzels, and fall-colored sprinkles, being careful not to overmix as the chocolate chips can melt.

Step 6

Quickly transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Using a sheet of wax paper or a greased spatula, press the mixture firmly and evenly into the pan.

Step 7

Let the treats cool completely at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Step 8

Once cool, cut into 12 squares or your preferred size and serve. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
