Ingredients

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt (for avocado spread)
  • 2 Ripe avocados for guacamole
  • 1 medium Tomato, finely diced
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice (for guacamole)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt (for guacamole)
  • 4 Whole wheat burger buns
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices Sliced tomatoes

Directions

Step 1

1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, baking powder, flour, salt, and pepper. Pulse until the mixture is coarse and holds together when pressed. Do not over-process.
